Brad Desaulniers—CEO (President)
Brad has 25 years experience in start-up and corporate renewal roles in a variety of predominantly technology related service businesses. His last role was as Chair and CEO of the largest for profit credit counseling firm in Canada ($2.4 mm turnaround). Brad is also a past President of Canadian Association of Independent Credit Counseling Agencies. He graduated from Harvard University in the study of Economics and Psychology.
Naveen Khan—Director of Operations
In addition to creating new business opportunities in her role as a key account manager and business development leader, Naveen also oversees a number of functionally essential business operations for the company. Naveen grew up in Britain and completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Sheffield. While at university Naveen ran an advertising company and received management training from Fortune 500 companies. She also researched, developed and wrote policies on improved access to eduction and training programs for people with physical and social disabilities that were adopted by regional government. After graduating she was recruited to work for an internaional business organization in Los Angeles where she managed the office and technology. She then moved to London and completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law while working as a global business analyst at a large investment firm in London with 22 offices and 7000 associates worldwide. Her position included improving business functions, communicating business requirements to the information technology department and Product Management on a number of key software development projects. As part of a global team she implemented large software programs for the company.
Naveen later returned to Los Angeles and worked at the a Legal Aid organization subsequently taking a position as a trial consultant, where she worked on over one-hundred multi-million dollar cases in various venues nationwide. In her role she lead a team of professionals on cases involving intellectual property rights, contracts, product liability, anti-trust, tort, employment and other business litigation as well as assessing exposure for businesses to litigation. Naveen is a nationally published and recognized trial consultant.
Immediately prior to joining PartsCheck, Naveen worked as a facilitator for a high level think tank group comprised of senior representatives from major companies in the collision repair industry.
Naveen also, occupies a seat on the Board of a domestic violence, foster care, and adoption charity and supports many charities focused on alleviating poverty around the world.
Greg Desaulniers—Chief Technology Officer (PEng)
Greg has 25 years experience. As a professional engineer he has lead software development teams and managed corporate technology environments for numerous early stage companies. With special expertise in security and robotics, Greg’s knowledge of varied and interoperable technology environments is key to the long term strategy of BID Systems to provide E-procurement Bidding Technology across multiple industries.
